The Mossberg is the working mans gun that performs as well if not better than shotguns twice the price.
I bought a new Mossberg Turkeygun the 500 about 10 years ago. I killed countless turkeys, rabbits, squirrels. When my son turned 17 it became his. That gave me a reason to buy a new 835 ultra mag. I have had it for 3 years it has never gave me any trouble. Although it's not very bench friendly when it comes to pattering with a 3 1/2 in.
