General Comments
I have only been colouring my hair for one year (I'm nearly sixty) so I've been lucky. I've used L'Oreal products until January this year when I saw your Botanics range and thought I'd try it. Initially I was pleased with the colour but as I've continued to use it the condition of my hair has deteriorated, though I always use conditioner. Today I found a tube of L'Oreal conditioner, with enough left in it to condition my hair. The result has been dramatic which is why I've checked you on internet and am writing this review. I suggest that you consider the value of a better/larger amount of conditioner with your Botanics; sufficient supply between colour. (I only need to wash my hair twice a week.)

You're supposed to use conditioner on your hair after every wash if you use hair dye, so it's not the fault of the hair dye. Doesn't have to be the same conditioner as in with the hair dye.
