Good Points

Cheap, quite easy to use, good battery life for it's age.


Bad Points

A large phone with extendable antenae. Clip-on battery with a clip that can stress-fracture easily. Quite heavy, but not a lot more than average for its' day.


General Comments

At the time this phone came out it was a cheap, convenient starter phone with facilities only normally found on phones 30%-50% more expensive. Its' shape is quite comfortable but a little large even by the standards of then. Its' appearance in general is a little more original than most of its' time but not to everyones taste (but then I think most Nokias are unattractive coffin-shaped lumps of soap in appearance - each to their own). Most of the draw-backs with this phone were answered when the Trium Mars came out, when dealing within the confines of cheaper starter phones. My rating is a reflection of when it came out, not now.
