Hard to say.... probably the ability to switch from one open application to another easily while having several of them open.
Bad Points
The embedded software crashes on a regular basis. Calls are interrupted by fatal errors...
The Sony Ericsson PC Suite to connect to a PC is a nightmare, hard to configure, poorly design, very hard to understand, even for an IT savy individual.
General Comments
The Sony Ericsson P990i is a very bad product. Considering its retail price, it is not really worth it.
