None in my local branch.
Bad service.
No one in my local branch had any consideration for the problem with the camera and case.
Staff in my local branch of Jessops are bad.
MORE THAN THERE JOBS WORTH ATTITUDE.
The camera I bought in Jessops in the south of England, broke down after 11 months, and was sent away for repair twice. First time at Easter and it was away for approx 6 weeks, it came back and no sooner developed more problems sent away for approx another 6 weeks. No sooner was it back but it broke down for the third time, this time I ask the manager for a new camera, but could I pay extra for a up grade as I had no faith in the camera model. The manager said this was not possible I had to take the same model. I got the new camera about 3 weeks later the new camera is now giving problems.
