We have purchased a calia-italia sofa through designer sofa at the ideal home exhibition. The very same day after it was delivered we called designer sofa to inform that the recliner was faulty and it had damaged our floor. We are very unhappy with the very poor service as we are still awaiting response from them. I would not recommend anyone to buy a sofa from designer sofa and I would definitely not recommend a calia-italia sofa as their quality control service is very poor as otherwise we would not have been sent a brand new sofa that was faulty.
