It's a great looking toaster, but the aluminium/brushed steel end pieces don't retain their good looks like the polished steel centre pieces. As long as you find the right setting, it toasts well too - I have the combi which has a special basket to hold muffins and the like.
Bad Points
I was disappointed that one of the elements has failed. I am used to toasters going on for years and years. And reading comments that repairs are more costly than buying a new toaster does not give me confidence.
General Comments
Disappointed that this "acclaimed" toaster is not very durable.
