Bad Points

Twice the fridge failed, the first time a fan motor was replaced, the second time they opted to replace it. After a month without a working fridge, and contacting lots of "soak the customer" 0870 numbers (they aren't very good at answering either) the replacement arrived - damaged! I refused to accept it, let's see what happens next!

It seems Bosch has a big problem with this fridge, it wasn't the only one the lorry was delivering and the driver knew straight away what the reason for replacement was!


General Comments

A sad disappointment, and the second recent one with Bosch.
