Great prices, and good choice of finishes etc.
Bad Points
Rubbish appliances.
Bad advice.
Took over 2 months to complete.
Shoddy workmen.
General Comments
Only get a kitchen from them if you can afford to eat out for two months, and don't mind using your bathroom sink as your main source of water for that time.
Di Lusso Kitchens sold us a kitchen in January last year, and although it was at a remarkable price, the headache of installation far outweighed the cost benefit. I tried to phone them every day during those two months, and I could only ever get through when I selected a phone option to make a payment to them (surprise surprise, they didn't answer the customer services line). When I did speak to them they were very unhelpful.
