Good Points

Good service when booking car hire. Pick up and drop off service from hotel or airport.


Bad Points

They duplicated the cost of car hire on my credit card. I called from Australia 10 to 15 times at International rates, including the owners mobile, trying to get my refund. Nobody ever returned my calls, the owner actually hung up on me today, customer service is appalling and I don't expect a return phone call or a response to email. I was told 3 weeks ago that my refund had been processed but surprisingly it never came through to my account.


General Comments

I don't recommend Priority Car Rentals at all. Website is www.rentalcarsnz.co.nz. Be prepared to have a large sum of money taken from your account, which you will have to pull teeth to have it refunded and in the meantime, try to budget to pay bills and mortgage. Appalling service, badly run business.
