Salesman was very helpful, courteous and not pushy
Bad Points
Unfortunately, Betterview do not honour the word of their staff. We had cause to cancel our order. We checked twice with two different members of staff that we could cancel and have a refund of our deposit, and we were twice informed that we could, as their surveyor had not yet been round to undertake a survey. Unfortunately, that deposit has never been returned, despite repeated letters and phone calls. We are left with a choice of either court action or accepting the loss of this money.
General Comments
We can only think that we have been lucky, as we wonder what the Betterview Windows service would have been like if we had issues with their product after fitting, and how would they have honoured their after sales agreement?
