Bad Points

Every time I try to contact them I either get an answer phone saying that my call is in a queue......this last for 5mins then the line goes dead, or a message saying that the office is closed (at 11am on a weekday)!!!!!! VVVV frustrating


General Comments

I took out a cashback deal 12mnths ago. My advice to anyone else is DON'T DO IT deal with the contract providers only.
The first claim was sent by recorded delivery, at the allotted time (after 6mths), with all the paperwork. The £165 did not materialize. It is proving impossible to contact them. Three, who the contract is with say that they have removed them from their list of agents because of this problem and also that there is nothing they can do. I will send in the final claim in a few weeks just for a laugh, with a stern letter to see what happens...... I won't be holding my breath.
