Very easy to use and text, buttons easy to use not to small....good sound quality..planet 3 is great and so easy to check your account online and on phone..... however only had a few days so will wait and see!
Bad Points
Shame the camera is not so great, have to compromise picture size for zoom and screen quality could be little better.....but so far good far out weighs the bad!
General Comments
The LG U400 is a lovely phone nice to use, and hold and the stuff 3 offers from great tarriffs to extras is fab! I have had no problem with signal at all.
Probably my favourite phone so far!

Oh dear...2 months on from taking out 3 contract not so in love!! Phone still ok, bit annoying that cant go straight to received messages when they arrive, have to go in to messages. Camera not great and a zoom relies on you changing picture size etc! also takes a while to load pictures. As for 3 the customer service is shocking, do not go with 3, I am going through their complaints procedure to get my contract cancelled!
