Bad Points
Very poor customer relations, no drinks before 11 am, poor selection of food. Entertainment almost non-existent.
General Comments
The Ocean Palace hotel is classed as a 4 star but frankly it struggles to reach 3 star standard in my eyes. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a normal all inclusive holiday.
