Good Points

The cover is very good at a reasonable price


Bad Points

Call centres are a nightmare trying to get people to understand is very dificult even when you go over the details several times. Perhaps its time to re-locate them bacck to the uk.

Zurich Car Insurance is a good product ruined by poor customer service.
