The Skybed is OK, not flat but gives good privacy, also the flight was on time which was great.
Ok, where do I start? The crew, food, personal TV.
The Qantas crew is the biggest down fall, you can have a disappointing meal, and oh it was so disappointing, but if the crew are good then it is OK. I think that Qantas needs to retrain their crew to give them more spirit because they are not exactly 'The Spirit of Australia' as they say on their website if they make me feel like I never want to return to fly with them. The food has no taste, at least in economy you know it is going to be bad, the TV did not work and the choice of movies were rubbish anyway. Qantas needs to do something because UA is looking like a good choice for next time and that is a big call.
