Saw has never worked -- I see no good points.
Reliability, dealer service network.
I purchased a Husqvarna 460 chainsaw to supplement the smaller, model 350 Husqvarna I already have. The new saw self-destructed (manufacturing defect) immediately after starting it for the first time. That was three months ago. The dealer can't fix the saw because parts are not available from Husqvarna. Husqvarana refuses to help me because I have a dealer service issue. This might be a great saw for most people, but mine was DOA and nobody has been able/willing to help me. Husqvarna policy is to repair, not replace, defective saws -- even if they are DOA. This policy MIGHT be acceptable if replacement parts and service were readily available, however, they are not. At this point, neither the selling/servicing dealer nor Husqvarna will return my calls or emails and my saw is still waiting repair. Buyer Beware!
