I have 2 Contax Aria Bodies and a Yashica FX-3 as a back up body. The Contax Aria camera Body has served me well. In 7 years of using these cameras professionally, they have never let me down. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's my camera of choice where auto focus and a high speed motor drive aren't necessary. Very well constructed, high quality camera.
Being a manual focus camera and having a 3 frame per second motor drive, the Aria does have it's limitations. I recently purchased a Nikon F100 for the faster motor drive (5 frames per second) and auto focus which are very helpful when shooting things like wildlife.
I'm very happy with the Contax Aria camera body. I've been using them for 7 years and will be using them for years to come. To see photos taken with these camera bodies, Go to www.RobValineimages.com
