Friendly, professional, puts you at your ease. Have heard of other brides being criticised for not being the perfect size 10 by other designers - this does NOT happen here!
After hearing horror stories from friends about other designers, I was really nervous before turning up to my 1st appointment with Ana but the second I met her, I knew that I was going to enjoy the experience of having my wedding dress made! She immediately put me at ease and was incredibly friendly and professional from the start. We gave Ana some ideas we had put together and she came up with the rest. The final product was an absolutely stunning dress that had been a work in motion as the fittings went on - always coming up with ideas to make the dress even lovelier than before (and big thanks go to Ana's assistant who came up with the idea of making my waist look much smaller than it deserved to look!). I was lucky to have found Ana and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone - she was accommodating, keen to ensure we were happy and most of all, an excellent designer. I so enjoyed my fittings and was thrilled with my gorgeous dress - it's just a shame I only get to wear it once!
