Good Points

The Kiroseiz is the best hotel I have been to in Sharm el Sheikh, I have attended this hotel 3 years running out of the 4 I have visited Egypt. The hotel staff were great, the reception, the dining staff and most of the animation team were a great laugh and we loved them. They were the highlight of the day when you had a hangover and the most down to earth people. Sadly Chico, one of the team, was leaving this year and we found that sad because he has been there to greet us every time we arrived. A Big Thanks to David, Ash, Marco, Chico, Lana, Medo, Moomoo and we will see you again in June 2007 for a month of entire fun!

Bad Points

Nothing bad too say.

General Comments

I felt treated like royalty in Kiroseiz, Yasser was there waiting to collect our luggage for us to take it to our room every time. We had a very good waiter Tairek that made sure we were comfortable and kitted out in the dining area. The bar staff Milad and Osama made sure it was the same at night time, we couldn't ask for better staff. We were invited to a cocktail night, due to the many times we have returned to the hotel, my Mum met the Belgian owner and he was very welcoming and remembered us from a previous stay. The hotel had 3 pools, one heated in Winter and a large pool near the bar, a small pool for children, a Trixie club which took children from 10am until 3pm, which was very useful. There was a shuttle bus to take you to the beach, too large dinning areas and an outside terrace where you could eat too, waves bar inside, sunset bar outside where you could lay and relax in front of a large projector. A market arrived on a Friday, for you to have a look around, there were camels to ride also. Diving instructors came for free, to see if you would like to take on diving in Sharks bay. During the day time, animation shows were put on to welcome you and there were different shows every night including Russian dancers, African night with dinner included and Bedouin nights. Overall, the hotel is amazing, we will return every year at least twice.
