General Comments

My first kettle developed a leak after 9 months use and dripped every time I used it. The retailer replaced it. Now the second kettle does the same thing but I'm informed by the retailer that its "Not their Problem". Just whose problem is it that the kettle seems to have a major design fault. I guess its mine for purchasing a £58.00 kettle in the first place.
The retailer now has the remains of the kettle since its of no use to me!
USELESS!
