Quite attractive visually


General Comments

Product seems to have a design flaw and drips everywhere plus mine leaks. These are NOT INEXPENSIVE ITEMS!! My first kettle developed a leak around the handle after 9 months. The replacement one has done the same thing and I'm told by the retailer that its "not their problem" and I should contact Britta. Having told the retailer where they can put the kettle. I am again in the market for a decently designed functional filter kettle!

    Yes mine drips too,soo annoying! We are going to change it for a different kettle today. I'm off to search for a good kettle now.
