I bought this bread maker to replace a much loved and used Kenwood BM200 breadmaker that died from over use. I thought the AWT would mean a good product that produced decent bread, how wrong I was. I've never had a decent loaf from it in the 2+ years I've had it and I've now had enough and have ordered another Kenwood. Every loaf I've baked, brown and white has come out undercooked with the consistency of a stone, whatever recipe I've used, either from the book supplied or from one of the other recipe books I have. White bread is completely inedible, brown bread can only be used for toast or for giving to the birds. I've now decided enough is enough, I've wasted far too much flour and yeast on trying to produce decent bread from what is clearly an inadequate product. I would certainly never recommend this breadmaker and from reading the other reviews Breville's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
