Bad Points

A deplorable tech support; no way to contact main headquarters other than slow mail and hope they read your letter of complaint; can't manage your own domain as nothing seems to be working on the domain section; don't know what a EPP authorization code is; can' t point nameservers in direction you want when you want. No one in support can tell you why
Support almost always doesn't bother to answer..


General Comments

I've been with Bravenet since 2000. I should have left earlier than now but I know
they've been going through a lot of ugly stuff especially in the domain area.

It's now been 10 days since I've requested a domain transfer of 2 of my domains. When they finally admitted they were wrong, they sent me the wrong EPP authorization code.

So then I asked them to help me to point the dns nameservers in another direction. I tried from my control panel but it's not working. Still no answer.

I feel like Bravenet is holding me captive. I've had to loose money on my web design business because of all of this. THIS IS ALL THE GOSH TRUTH AND I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE IT ALL.
