Stayed at Hotel New York. Nice hotel, only a 'stone' away from Disney village and Disney Park.
Does not meet a four star standard. Same standard as a two star hotel in terms of food and service.
When we arrived with our five-year-old child, we could not find anywhere to eat as all restaurants were fully booked. We had to wait three hours before we could even get a table. In the end, we had room service, with a 40 minutes wait. We went at off-peak yet there were long queues everywhere, i.e., park rides, shows, restaurants, shops, etc. People working at the Disney Resort cannot cope with the demand of visitors, how are they gonna cope during holidays?
Everything is so expensive, products sold at Disney shops are poor quality and definitely don't buy anything off the people who are selling 'cheap gadgets' at the end of the Disney premises.
Our holiday turned out to be a 'frustrated holiday' due to the lack of service provided by the Disney Staff both in the restaurants and at the Parks, poor quality Food at extortionate rate with no service.
Waste of time bringing your child at Cafe Mickey if you are going to book a Charactacter Dinner/Breakfast due to disappointing Food and Service.
Finally, you are better off going to Florida!!!!!!
