Bad Points

Still await my order that was apparently sent out in December. I have sent countless emails and tried to call their number advertised on their website but it is disconnected and have now sent a letter - all have had no response.
I note that they also sell on ebay still though.
Nice of them to charge my card £38.99 and I have nothing to show for it!
