Absolutely none.


Bad Points

These guys stitched me up and I tried to take them to court. They wrote, pick up time 4 o'clock, on the document for my return flight the following week. When I arrived at 4am they were shocked to hear from me. They pretended they'd lost the paper work and couldn't find the keys. I arrived at 4am, got through customs by 4:25am. My car arrived at 12:30pm in the afternoon. It had a cracked windscreen, 600 more miles on the clock, the petrol gauge was well under the Empty mark, it stank of Cannabis and it was covered in mud like it had been off road. I was furious and wrote two complaint letters and emails, left several voice mails and had my solicitor write a letter which they ignored. So I went to watch dog and gave my story.


General Comments

These guys are a bunch of highway men, do not trust them with your keys. You may have seen on the television that they do not have a car park, they stick the cars in streets near their friends houses. Read the small print, we do no take any responsibility for any damage to your vehicle. I wish I'd read that before I handed over my keys.

I have made it my mission to shut them down. My car is my personal property and I spent a lot of hard earned money on it and had only had it 6 months, I was heart broken at the state of it when I got it back.

They didn't even so much as offer my money back, they just apologised for the delay in returning my vehicle and said they thought I was coming back at 4pm not 4am; they then proceeded to ignore me from the moment I drove away. They claim if I had a problem I should have said so at the time.

I did say something at the time and you told me to write to you! I write to you and you said I should have said something at the time.

The minute you drive away, any damage to your car could have been done after the pick up and thus they are no longer accountable. Now the only way to settle this is to leave you car in their possession until it's gone through court. That's not going to happen is it?

The whole service is a stitch up.
