Bad Points

Everything. Phone has been sent back twice for repair / replacement. On neither occasion was FAULTS rectified or phone replaced.

General Comments

Phone has been sent back twice for repair / replacement. On neither occasion was FAULTS rectified or phone replaced.
Faults :-
1)When vibrate alert feature turned on phone vibrates and possible bad battery connection causes phone to shut off.
2) Phone turns its self off for no good reason, battery is full.
3) Phones displays message charging battery, when no charger connected.
4) Support from Ericsson was terrible, they returned phone stating no problem. It failed again within ONE HOUR.
5) Phone froze twice during game play, and clock settings also froze. Had to remove battery AND SIM card to get phone to work again, this was also trial and error.
Good point I paid 10 pounds so just accepted phone was garbage.
