Good Points
Clever design, where the same bucket serves as tank and sump.
The bucket is easy to fill and carry.
The shampoo dispenser is separate, so there's no wasted fluid if you don't use all the bucketful.
It's effective as a cleaner, and the tools are good.
I like the perspex front which shows that water is being sucked up.
The suction is excellent. I've had mine for years and it's still good.

Bad Points
Difficult to carry up and down stairs - needs a carrying handle on the front.
