Very unhelpful staff quite rude in fact


General Comments

I applied for a £700 loan with tenant loans was told that if paid the broker fee of £49.95 it would be in my bank in 3-5 days, this was untrue, when asked if i can have a refund they dis-connected me

    Hey I wrote to the Office of Fair trading, I have a letter and a contact there if you want to contact them.
