Bought the Sanyo VPC E6 EX digital camera in Gran Canaria for around £150 and chuffed to bits with it. Easy to use, upgrade SD card to get 144 quality photos and two hours video. Superb camera for the novice. 10 meg pixels giving sharp image. Its own rechargeable battery means no more dead AAA batteries, quick fully charged battery in 90 mins lasting around for days. Fantastic zoom facility.
