Easy check in at Manchester.

Zero customer service.

The flight out at Manchester with Thomson Fly has an easy check in service however you can't chose a window seat for example. The plane itself was dated and as ever we were packed in like sardines. There was no in-flight entertainment at all on a four hour flight. For the flight back, we got to the airport three hours early because of being a nervous flyer, we needing a window seat to be the first in line, we were told all window seats had gone? A kind gentleman gave up his seat by the window, otherwise Thomson couldn't care less. A film on the way back, yippee, on another old plane with cramped seats. Then to top it all, they had put my wife's bag on the wrong plane so we came to England but her bag went to Germany.
