General Comments

The 2007 storm damaged our roof leading to my first insurance claim ever [ 26 years of paying ]. Eight weeks after we still have a damaged roof with water still coming in. Terrible attitude of call centre promising cheque was in the post when indeed it wasn`t. Total lack of sympathy to plight and communication, inaccurate information. Tesco want your money then that`s it. You pay for less than what you get these days which in Tesco`s case is nothing. Very bad service. Never again. In future will pay a bit more elsewhere to get a service.
