The worst customer experience I have ever been forced to endure; it has now been 8 weeks and I still have no account to use despite continuing efforts on my behalf. Confidential paperwork including personal details appear to have been lost despite being signed for (special delivery) by a member of A & L staff. I've been promised a phone call back from a manager 6 times without receiving one. Despite registering my complaint in writing I have received no formal response.
It's quite simple...DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE unless you have time to waste and like talking to people that simply don't care, even when personal documents can not be found! Now the only reason I'm waiting for the account to open is so it can be closed - send an update in another 2 months!
