Bad Points

Wouldn't offer a refund despite delivering mothers day flowers a day late. Also I rang on morning of Mothers Day to check order but told me they would be delivered and were very rude on phone saying they were too busy to answer queries - they hadn't even asked me for my name to check the order!


General Comments

DON'T use, the manager and assistants were rude and refused to accept fault even though I had ordered for Mothers Day and also the online order had been confirmed as delivery for that day guaranteed.
