Good Points

Their reject letter is super quick, ten days max.


Bad Points

Their respond always nothing or more than 40 days.


General Comments

I email them that the cash back claiming when I placed order and they haven't to respond till today. My first cash back is so far so good and they charge me GBP10.00. After first claiming, second and third are okay. But, the problem in fourth cash back claiming, they sent me a letter that some papers I was not yet sent to them, so cash back for fourth and fifth are void. I am very surprise that first to third all papers they received except fourth. I posted to same address and same as pervious. Actually, I do not beleive all on line mobile agents. Before I tried Moblie out, Phones 4U, Actually, they have only to offer half line rental max for oldest mobiles.
Anyone can to help me or any advice?
