I booked 2 tickets to the Isle of Wight Festival 27th January 2007. I didn't get any confirmation, so Ii phoned, phoned, phoned & yes, you guessed it, phoned. I was told yes they have my confirmation and will get it in the post. Nothing, so I phoned & emailed - I have lost count how many times I have phoned and emailed. Today, the 8 March 2007, I got a letter to say I won't get my tickets or my money. They say I can get my money back from the credit card. But the tickets are now sold out. I have been to all the Isle of Wight festivals and all my friends have tickets. I have even got my inlaws coming down to look after my little 11-month old. Ttonight I found out I'm not going.
