The claim was completed very quickly approx 8 days and I would recommend this cover to a friend and have just switch over cover, of my mobile phone to them too, because I was that happy with the service and it was 97p per month cheaper too!!!
Havn't had any yet and with one claim I'm not expecting any problems in the future
I have the gold option and just upgraded to the premiere option for my new laptop
