Good Points

Excellent spa for the money - Superb service from the dealer.

None I can think of.


General Comments

Having shopped around and looked at lots of different spas we decided on an Arctic Spa. The main reason being the construction and low running costs.
We found the dealer to be very helpful in fact nothing was too much trouble. Every aspect of owning a hot tub was explained and we didn't feel under any pressure to part with our money until we fully understood what we needed from our spa.

Installation was seemless and on the promised date. The engineer talked us through all of the operations on the tub and explained how to use the chemicals supplied.

We have used the spa a lot since installation and are thrilled with the quality. It's also nice to have the peace of mind of a very impressive warranty.

All in all we have found Arctic Spas to be first class and would recommend them to anyone.
