Everything - They are superb when handling my dog (a Cairn Terrier of 4 years old). He can be quite nervous but they seem to calm him down really well.
Bad Points
None whatsoever - a completely professional and friendly service right to your door.
General Comments
They have seen to my dog right from the start and my dog seems to enjoy his visits. On the first occasion, he was very nervous, but nothing seems to be any trouble and time no object to ensure complete customer (and dog) satisfaction.
Good value for money, professional and reliable service, would recommend to anyone.
