I took out a contract with The Mobs with the cash back promise, but it looks like I'm snookered now. I am very disappointed with 3, as they won't do anything, even to lower the rental, to help us out. Very bad customer service I say. There are loads of cheaper deals available out there. I certainly will not be renewing my contract when it expires, nor will I ever deal with 3 in the future.
