I also bought tickets and have had the same experience as the person above. Not being able to get through on the phone and no replies to my emails. Then today an automated message saying the company has gone into administration. I bought the tickets using VISA and have been told in order to get any money back that way I need to PROVE the company has closed, so if anyone knows anything further I'd be grateful as would im sure many other people, including my four very disappointed children. Disgraceful!!!
