General Comments

I called Everbank Internet Banking at the end of January 2007 for my payment amount for February, because I had not received anything regarding a payment. After considerable time on the phone with people that did not have a clue as to what was going on, I was finally told that I would receive a payment statement in the middle of February for the March payment; nothing about the February payment. I finally got the statement at the end of February, only to discover that my loan was an "interest only" for 10 years. Needless to say, I was furious. I called again, and the guy on the phone asked if someone had explained this to me. I said "no, because if they had done so I would not be on the phone with you". I asked for the pay-off amount, which had to be sent to me, and I was informed that a $500 fee would be added for early termination of this loan. I got a statement on the 3/08/07 saying my loan was "default" because of the late February payment.
