It is great when it doesn't freeze up.
Bad Points
Pretty much since I have had this, it freezes after one hour of use. I have to turn it off and turn it back on. Half of the time it freezes I have to take the battery out to turn it off because it is totally froze. This of course SUCKS. Dell has tried helping me over the phone but to no avail. I still have 9 months on my warranty and I will demand that they send someone over to look at it - I doubt if I will go with Dell a second time.
