Good Points

Usable 4-speed gearbox.
Old-fashioned kick starter is useful, as lights are on permanently and batteries tend to suffer.
Big wheels give an advantage over most scooters/mopeds in the handling stakes.
Ultra-light (99kg) and perfect for small riders.

Bad Points

Tiny fuel tank is a real pain.
Tyres are too thin for good grip, although bike handles well.
May be just my model, but I get a lot of annoying vibration from the plastic headlamp cowl area.
Mine seems very prone to punctures.
Chrome is a pain to keep clean and rust-free in winter.

General Comments

I bought my Honda ANF125 Innova to replace my beloved Cub 90 as a short-distance commuter machine. If you need a light and friendly runabout then this is the machine for you - it will do everything that the Cub did...only better! Accepting that the Innova is designed as a day-to-day workhorse and not for performance, a bit more poke would help though, as most 125 scooters will leave it for dead and you soon feel cramped and tired on longer journeys. Fuel economy is good, but the tiny (3.7 litre) fuel tank is a real pain.

But that said, if you owned a Cub to go to work on and for other short journeys and want to upgrade...you'll love it!
