Bad Points

The whole service is bad, no one has a clue what they are doing, they never return calls, they cause so much grief that its unbelievable, i would never recommend anyone to go with them they are not worth the hassle, i would rather pay more and get the customer service.


General Comments

I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault it has been over a month and am still without my car being repaired, as Asda have been asking me for the most pathetic paperwork ever. Such as how I paid for the car and proof of payment which has nothing to do with them. When I did speak to a manager finally after calling many times she was very rude and just made me more angry and had no customer service skills. They clearly do not know what they are talking about and even though they are going to claim from the third party they have given me so much grief and stress its not worth it they are not happy to give out a courtesy car either (my car is still not repaired and has been sitting in the garage untouched) NEVER go with ASDA.
