Good Points

If you send lot's of packages to the same address, this can be a cheap service as they charge by total weight as apposed to no of packages like other companies. So you could send hundreds to the same address in effect and be charged the same price.

The delivery service is excellent. Nearly all my parcels arrive on time and are easily traceable. In 3 years they have only lost one box of mine. They supply free bags and labels. The drivers and customers service team are highly trained and not the usual part timers.

Normally (but not always 100% of the time) they will call you if they cannot find an address and let you know they are having problems delivering.


Bad Points

They are expensive. They charge a fuel charge suppliment on-top of your delivery charge which you only get on invoice so it is impossible to work out exactly what you should charge your customer before hand. Their surcharge for UK offshore, highlands and Islands is horrendous, furthermore, they won't provide with a list of surcharge postcodes to check what these areas are before you send your package, so you won't know until you get a invoice for nearly £50 for something that should have been £10! Their accounts dept will chase you for invoices even if your 1 days late.


General Comments

The delivery staff are good, but the account reps are poor. This service will be ideal for those who send multiple packages often to the same address.
