General Comments

We went on holiday for the first time with our toddler and needed a valet parking service to make our experience a little easier. We did a lot of research to look for the best price and decided on ACE Meet and Greet, as we'd read some awful reviews on other cheaper meet and greet services.
ACE did not disappoint. On our outbound flight, although we waited for them for 20 minutes, it was our fault because we called when we were 5 minutes away from the airport and not 20 minutes as requested. The driver arrived as promised 20 minutes later and was easy to recognise because of the personalised jacket he was wearing. He offered help and was very pleasant and professional. I took a note of the mileage (in secret) he gave us a card with the info we needed for our arrival and drove off.
On our return back from holiday, our flight didn't get in until 1.20am, so we thought we may have to wait around but we called the number as soon as we collected our last piece of luggage and the call was answered politely and professionally. The driver asked one question, had we collected all our luggage? We responded yes and he said he would be there in 5 minutes. True to his word, as we were approaching the exit he was driving up. Again he was really polite, very professional and offered his help. The car was exactly as we left it, the mileage had only increased by 10 miles and the car was nice and warm. A fantastic service and would definitely recommend them. Especially after the horror stories I have been reading about of late. This was service was ACE!
