Good Points

Mesh Computers: Product packaging - a nice wee blue box. Straining my brain but NO other good points come to mind.


Bad Points

Mesh Computers: 1. Mind bogglingly bad Customer Care Service. 2. Extra cost 'onsite' warranty.


General Comments

I absolutely agree with this review by Mountee. Mesh Customer services are dreadful even when finally you do get through to them. Do Mesh make any income from these very long customer calls which were NOT local rate? Waiting an hour on hold is not unusual. Perhaps Mesh should replace their Customer Service Department with a recorded message saying simply, "We got your money so we don't care. You have been charged £17 for this call, now go away."

All my pc repairs were returns to the Mesh factory despite my extra cost, onsite warranty. Once they kept my pc for many months with no valid reason, and of course no one at Customer Disservices was ever able to help, just giving inconsistent excuses. I am disabled and depend on my pc every day but Mesh were insensitive to the problems they were causing.

Mesh also has a history of messing up courier arrangements, have they ever been known to get it right? I contacted courier myself once to find out what the H*ll was going on. Mesh in their own incomparable style had given me a date for the collection for repair but had not contacted the courier. Perhaps it helps to be psychic when communicating with the Mesh Couldn't Care Less for Customers Department? They also sent courier to wrong address another time.

I am disgusted with Mesh and I agree with the previous review - NEVER again! They appear to take your money and run. It seems, too, that they do not have a department for answering customers' letters. I Registered mail to them and got no response. ... have they EVER replied to anyone? We should be told!!

I ditched the Trash, oops sorry, the Mesh and got myself an Evesham pc - what a contrast with Mesh in every way. Evesham have great customer service and if they say they will get back to you, then they do - they're really first class and Evesham do honour their onsite warranty.

To be fair, there was one very efficient Mesh Department ... Sales. Yep, they made no mistakes and caused no delay in getting my payment from me - all channels for Mesh PLC to receive money were open and extremely efficient and seemingly well staffed. Off went my payment to Mesh that very moment by credit card and they did not forget to cash my follow up cheque... good for them, they got something working... the final result just seems to be Mesh PLC 10 - the Customer 0.

In my experience, if you want a professional, competent service then give Mesh computers a a very wide berth and look elswhere.

    Im currently going through exactly the same nightmare ..rude ..useless support adept at one thing only ...passing the buck and failing to return calls ..bad attitude ..whole system in a constant state of dissaray ...that for some reason becomes the customers problem ...Non local rate phone numbers for technical unsupport also add to the enragement ....STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
