Good cashback deals, prompt response from customer services, make sure to send bills on time and then there is no problem. A big player in the mobile phone market, send 5.7.9.11.13th bills not what it says on the claim form ,read form carefully.
Bad Points
Don't send 4/6/8/10/12th bills do as above.
General Comments
Use also their main company phoneboxdirect, great deals belive me, had loads of contracts all got cashback.
